REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all purchases made through epinsultan.com.

By placing an order on our platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Due to the nature of our services — including digital products, e-pins, and direct top-up services — refund and cancellation conditions are strictly limited.


2. Nature of Services

EpinSultan provides:

  • Digital products (e-pins, activation codes)
  • Direct top-up services to online games
  • Instant delivery virtual goods

All products are considered digitally delivered and irrevocable once completed.


3. No Refund After Delivery

Once any of the following conditions are met, refund requests will not be accepted:

  • E-pin / digital code has been displayed or delivered
  • Top-up has been successfully credited to the user account
  • Order status is marked as completed

This policy applies regardless of whether the product has been used or not.


4. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may only be granted under the following conditions:

4.1 Failed Delivery

  • Payment was successfully completed
  • Product or top-up was not delivered

4.2 System Errors

  • Duplicate charges
  • Incorrect amount charged
  • Technical failure preventing delivery

4.3 Out of Stock / Service Unavailability

  • Product cannot be delivered due to system or supplier issues

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed:

  • To the original payment method, or
  • Via store balance (wallet) at our discretion

Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.


6. Fraud & Abuse Prevention

Refund requests may be rejected if:

  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected
  • Multiple refund attempts are made
  • Abuse of the system is identified

We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in such activities.


7. Cancellation Policy

7.1 Before Delivery

Orders may only be cancelled if:

  • The order has not yet been processed
  • Delivery has not been initiated

7.2 After Delivery

Once delivery is completed, cancellation is not possible.


8. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for:

  • Entering correct account / character / user ID information
  • Selecting the correct product or service

We are not responsible for incorrect information provided by the user.


9. Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Permanent account suspension
  • Legal action where applicable
  • Blacklisting from future services
